The location is away from visitor areas, the food is good but very pricey. The hotel has amazing views from the roof top but very expensive to eat and drink. The staff is amazing

Very warm welcome and attentive staff. Huge suite with views of the river and a nice curved balcony. Large pool and sunbeds and the pool area gets good sun. Fabulous breakfast, real first class. Splendid views from the rooftop bars.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very diverse and suits all diets and the location is excellent. The view from the room and the top floor restaurant is pretty spectacular. We also had free films to watch on the TV which was great when we needed to chill out after exploring the city for hours. Also we had a few problems with plumbing and they were dealt with efficiently, effectively and with no disruption to ourselves. We were also able to check in as soon as we arrived which was great given we arrived off an 18 hour flight/journey.

This is our second time in Lebua. We enjoy the tower club suites with the river view. The suite is spacious and creates the feeling of a "home away from home". The tower club suites have access to the lounge on the 52nd floor which offers free drinks and snacks from 0600-1800h, and an amazing view to get that perfect "golden hour" Insta shot. The staff in the lounge are amazing. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, and the food and drinks are delicious. The waiters and the chefs are friendly and helpful. They have separate eggs and pancakes stations, and the chefs can make your eggs the style you want. I enjoyed my eggs benedict. The fruits are fresh and sweet, and there is a selection of fresh juices as well. The swimming pool is big and doesn't feel crowded. You can use the shuttle boat from the near by peer to Icon Siam mall for 10 THB per person, which is a really fast and convenient way to get there without getting stuck in the traffic. There is a BTS station near the boat peer which gives you easy access to other parts of the city. Overall, great value for money and would love to stay there again.
